Jordan Miller MPP-D, RD

I became a Dietitian and started InGrained with the goal of helping individuals live their longest, healthiest life through two of my favorite things: food and fitness. Instead of recommending the latest popular diet, I help people create realistic goals that set you up for long-term success. Whether you want to know how to meal prep for yourself, need an accountability partner to keep you on track, or get freezer meals provided for your busy week, I’ve got you covered! My two motivators for a healthy lifestyle are my two boys. My hope through my own exercise and nutrition is to be keeping up with them til I'm old and grey! 

 

Besides running InGrained, I also have the privilege of managing and coaching at Huxley Fit Club (where my kitchen and office is located!). Helping members of the gym in both their nutrition and fitness has been very rewarding over the years.
